B&B Group was founded in Brooklyn, New York in 2018 by Krichell Blair with a clear mission: to modernize the tax experience and make high-quality financial services more accessible, efficient, and strategic.
Krichell began her journey in tax preparation during her sophomore year of college and quickly recognized that most clients weren’t just looking for someone to file their taxes—they needed guidance, clarity, and a long-term strategy. After building a strong foundation at Jackson Hewitt and gaining hands-on experience in corporate accounting, tax, and financial reporting, she launched B&B Group to deliver exactly that.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Berkeley College, and continues to stay at the forefront of the industry through ongoing education and professional development.
